In this 2021 article published in the Journal of Psychophysiology, Havening was demonstrated to reduce heart rate, diastolic and systolic blood pressure, and cortisol 24 hours after a Havening session and even more so one month after the session. Please click below to read the full article.

In this 2015 article published in the Health Science Journal, participants reported improvements on all mental health measures, including decreased anxiety and depression after a single Havening session.
